About Me

I grew up in southern California (SoCal), raised by my mother, Dawn, and father, Myron. I have one older sister (by almost five years), Chelsea. I was raised in a traditional, Constitutional Conservative, and Christian household. We had our ups and down, mainly due to the aftermath of the Great Financial Crisis (GFC) of 2007. My father was a plasterer, pool cleaner, and electrician. He has always been a stoic figure in my life — one with silent power looming in his eyes. My mother was an accountant for our local school district and has been for many years now. She has often been described by my friends and family as angelic, full of compassion, and “a darn tootin’ good pianist!” My sister studied psychology at the university I would later attend — California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). She’s had a confusing life, to say the least, and now shines with a directed future.

I was a small kid, who barely broke 60 lb.’s (27.2 kg) upon entering high school. I played soccer throughout my whole childhood — mainly in the Stopper or Sweeper position. My soccer teammates told me to try out for my school’s track and field team and I barely made the cut. I did a variety of events over the years — 100m, 200m, 400m, 4 x 100m relay, 4 x 400m relay, long jump, and triple jump. I eventually found my groove in the 400m and made varsity my senior year. Some of my races are on YouTube (YT) across various accounts. In a very small amount of them you can hear my father cheering me on as I run my heart out.

Throughout my teenage years I was always a math whiz as I had extra tutoring from Kumon since I was a little kid. By the time I entered high school I was already doing Calculus II. I finished high school with a 3.44 GPA. After high school I was sent many partial scholarships because I didn’t get a 3.5 or higher GPA. My dream college of Seton Hall University (SHU) even sent one offering a 50% tuition assistance. I, however, didn’t have the finances to go to anything far or fancy so I went to CSULB, like my sister before me, to major in Mathematics Education. I changed my major my junior year to Applied Mathematics, since the job of being a teacher in California was abysmal to say the least.

After my junior year concluded (in 2018) I joined the United States Army as a 35F — Intelligence Analyst. At the time the standards for this military occupational specialty (MOS) were high. Compared to what they are now, in 2024, it seems quite distant in a worse way. The Army has been hurting in the recruitment area for some time now and as such lessened the qualifications to join. I am currently still serving, until March 2025, if all goes to plan.

I’ve maintained a love for mathematics my whole life and gathered another adventure in philosophy. My college years were a period of hastened development for me, both spiritually and mentally. Due to this I’ve had a couple of websites, with this one hopefully being the last one I’ll ever use. Regardless, this is why you’ll find that this site covers all sorts of academic subjects — secular and supernatural alike.
